Hat size is based on the circumference of the head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head.
Using a tape measure, measure your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Alternatively, you can use piece of string to measure your head, and then measure the length of the string with a ruler. If you are not certain about size, or are between sizes, buy the larger size.

1. Show me the style of hat or fascinator you like from my store and a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like me to know
2. I will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat and tell you the fee you need to pay, then give you a special link to purchase it, once completed, before I ship you the hat, I will show you the custom hat. The hat can be picked up in Rockville, Maryland.
3. Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.

The flowers were smashed and don’t look as good as the advertised photo. Maybe they were stored improperly because I don’t believe this was caused in shipping. I feel like I overpaid and could have bought something less expensive on Amazon for comparable quality.

Perfection! I reached out to have the feathers changed, and it was done exactly as described. This hat is perfect for the Derby!
I held off on reviewing this hat to see if I could make it work out. This particular hat is an irregular with shorter brim in front and back and wider on the sides. The band was also placed toward the front instead of the side as shown. However, I talked to the seller who send a label for me to return but also gave some tips for how I might make this hat work as it was her last of this style. I ordered several different flowers but nothing looked good until the large fuchsia flower [with a clip] arrived today. I am 100% sure I am keeping this hat now as I'm happy with the way it turned out. You can trust this seller because she gave me the choice if I wanted to return for a refund, and also gave suggestions for how to reset the band, and to decorate or not. I'm so glad I waited and I'm very happy with the hat now!

Beautiful hats! One arrived a bit crunched as the box was damaged in delivery but I was able to reshape it by stuffing with tissue paper, and it was good as new! We loved both of the hats we chose to wear on Easter from this order!
